Redstone International has been involved in the conception, design and construction of more than two dozen golf communities around the world. Ric has worked extensively with renowned golf course architects Jay Morrish, Tom Weiskopf, and Bill Coore & Ben Crenshaw. Ric's background includes urban planning, master land planning and development, and golf course architecture.

Ric's solo design at Rio Grande Club in South Fork, Colorado, placed 6th on Golf Digest magazine's 2003 list of Best New High-End Public Courses. He also has been involved in such prestigious projects as Pine Canyon and Stone Canyon, outside of Tucson, Arizona; the Ridge at Castle Pines, Vista Ridge Golf Club, Ravenna Golf Club, and Colorado Golf Club, all in Colorado.
